1. Do I need to setup an account to order?
You don’t need an account to place an order – simply checkout as a guest.

We recommend creating an account as you can then save your order and delivery details .

2. Where is my order?
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date we’re here to help.

Before contacting us it’s worth checking a few things first. Check the tracking link we sent in your despatch email to view up to date tracking information.

If you still can’t find your parcel contact us with your order number and we will look into it for you.

3. Can I cancel my order?
We’re pretty quick at picking and packing your order, therefore we’re not able to change or cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed.

After receiving, you are welcome to follow the returns process to return the item and receive a refund.

4. Can I change the size and/or colour of the cap I have ordered?
Once an order’s been placed we are unable to add, change or amend any products from your order.

5. Do you offer bulk discounts?
Of course! The more you buy the more you save. Please contact us to discuss on your order.

6. How are my caps packaged?
Our caps are sent in a branded INIVI cardboard carton. They are designed to withstand normal punishment of the Australia postal system. But sometimes damages do happen, if you think your cap has been damaged in transit please contact us with some photo proofs and we will assess and resend if we need to.

7. Can you fast track my order?
Unfortunately, we can’t fast track orders; as our amazing ninja Warehouse team endeavours to pick and pack orders in the most efficient and fair way possible

8. How do I clean or take care of my INIVI cap?
To keep the product perfect, we recommend that you hand wash all our caps and dry them directly flat.

Some steps to avoid:

  • do not carry out professional wet washes
  • do not tumble dry
  • do not iron

9. Which payment method does INIVI accept and are my details safe?
We currently accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa and MasterCard.

All payment information is handled externally through these extremely safe and trusted payment platforms.

All information entered on INIVI’s checkout is strictly confidential and will never be shared with anyone, including third party companies or providers.
