Shipping and Handling

Once your order has been placed, we will endeavour to process and ship your order within 24 hours. This does not include weekends or public holidays. During holiday periods, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9am – 3pm AEST

Free Shipping

All purchase within the online store is free shipping to anywhere in Australia.
This Free Shipping does not apply for any delivery outside Australia.

International Shipping

Track My Orders

Once you place an order with us, you’ll receive an email to let you know that we have received your order and that it is being processed. Once your parcel has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive another email to let you know your parcel is on its way and a tracking number with relevant courier company. You can then track the status of delivery on courier’s website.

Can I change my delivery address?

We usually require a generous turnaround time to have a delivery address amended.

Once an order has been placed, you cannot change your address under your INIVI account. The fastest and best way to try and update your address on your order is by chatting with us on our Live Chat or submitting a Shipping Amendment request via the Contact Us page.

Due to the fast turnaround time for our orders, we cannot guarantee that we can update the address on an order already placed and/or shipped. You may check if your order has been shipped via the tracking confirmation email.


INIVI returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Allowable Returns

INIVI will accept product returns and provide you with a refund, replacement product or repair where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
  • The product does not match the sample or description; and
  • You can provide an invoice or other adequate proof of purchase

INIVI reserves the right not to offer a refund, replacement product or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Change of Mind Returns

INIVI is not legally obliged to offer a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind or choose the incorrect products. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may change and want to assist where possible. We reserve the right to charge an appropriate restocking fee of 15% or $50, whichever is greater, to recoup the costs of processing the return and returning the goods to our shelves. Our staff will only consider a refund or return if:

  • The goods are returned in original packaging with the original tags still attached
  • The goods are not damaged or soiled in any way
  • The goods are fit for resale as a “new” product
  • The goods are returned within 21 days from date of purchase

Change of mind returns are at the absolute discretion of INIVI and its representatives, however our commitment to our customers is to act reasonably in these circumstances, without disadvantaging our customer or our business. We would only ever sell our customer “as new” products and cannot accept any returns where the product does not meet these criteria.
